Tuesday: Pulled Pork (Nothing like Valentine's Day Romance!)
Wednesday: Crock Pot Mealballs
Thursday: Chicken Rollatini with Spinach alla Parmigiana
Friday: Baked Chicken and Pastina (hmmm, I think I've made this before?)
Saturday: Crab and Avocado Salad
Sunday: Enchilada Lasagna
