I keep meaning to post what I've been making, but it just hasn't happened at all lately. The combination of laziness and my new schedule's demands of staring at the computer all workday long have me not interested in the computer at all at night. Hopefully this week will be different.
Anyway, here's what's on tap. A lot of the meals planned for last week went out the window with me working only three days and two of the three boys staying home the whole week. Monday looks like everyone will return to school so maybe our lives will return to normal.
