Tuesday: Cajun Mac and Cheese
Wednesday: Breakfast for dinner (no real plan yet; suggestions welcome...)
Thursday: Ginger Soy Glazed Tilapia
Friday: Tempeh Tacos
Saturday: Baked Chicken Nuggets
Sunday: Shrimp, Cherry Pepper, and Arugula Linguine
Oooh...I've had my eye on that Cajun Mac & Cheese. I hope it's good. Can't wait to hear!
